ORNADA: Armada teases new team video due in fall 2025

You love to see it: A core ski brand like Armada tapping straight into its roots and coming out swinging with a trailer that’s absolutely dripping with swag such as has not been seen since, well it feels like forever.

When did ski movies get so stagnant, formulaic and frankly uninteresting? It’s hard to put a label on it exactly, but the trailer for ORNADA seems to be everything that a lot of movies these days aren’t—aggressive, in your face and with unapologetic swagger. Or maybe I’m just being triggered by those early clips from the Golden Age and the nostalgia of 2000-something ski filmmaking.

Whatever it is, ORNADA—which sounds like a mix between Armada, a tornado and a piña colada—is here, and it’s coming for the jewels. Armada went all-in on this one, involving nearly the whole team in the project. Here’s the rider list, which should get you fired up all by itself:
