The Sky Piercer follows Sam Smoothy, Xavier De Le Rue, Nadine Wallner and Fraser McDougall as they attempt a daunting summit-and-ski on New Zealand’s highest peak, 3,724-meter Mt. Cook—known to the Māori as Aoraki.
