Kaunertal: laid back.
From 11-13 October—that’s this weekend—the KTO returns for its 34th installment of kicking off the season in style. That includes all of the following: a free testival featuring gear from over 35 brands to try out, exciting park sessions throughout the weekend with a total of €6000 up for grabs, and massive parties down in the valley.
Just in case you need even more diversion, there are plenty of additional side attractions like a mini ramp, pump track, balance board park and various workshops from avalanche beacon training to mental coaching.

Bring your skate.
There´s also this part, too.
With some new snow recently, the snowpark has been coming together nicely in its new location off the Karlesjochbahn, where it relocated last year. As always, the parkbuilders have put their focus on building the longest possible rail lines, though you can expect some jumps as well. In exciting news for skiers, two-plankers will get their own Night Invitational Rail Jam on Friday evening on the rail-jam setup down in the valley.

Once you're done getting your shred on, don't head for bed yet, because the party continues down in the valley. On Saturday night the KTO will rock under a new motto, "3 Clubs - 15 Artists - 1 Ticket" as the bars of Feichten welcome a strong lineup of DJs to keep the stoke high into the wee hours of the morning. Don't miss the special DJ set by Ethan Morgan.
