Thanks to everyone who voted in last week's first round! With your votes we've been able to whittle our field of contestants down to 16 men and 8 women. The skiers advancing to the next rounds are:

The 2017 Downdays European Skier of the Year continues this week with the men’s Round of 16. Our women contestants have the week off and will return for the quarterfinals next week. The contest now enters the head-to-head phase: skier versus skier in single-elimination match-ups, until only one man and one woman remain! Don't forget: our winners, plus one lucky voter, will receive a surf camp trip from Pure Surf Camps!
